Fuji Ricetime is a Japanese restaurant located in downtown Salem, Oregon.  We serve a variety of sushi items as well as many traditional Japanese dishes.  To better accommodate our customers, full table service dining is only offered during dinner hours.  The restaurant is closed during the transition from lunch to dinner operation (2:30-5:00).
